SurFit is a full body approach inspired by one of the world’s most athletic sports, and the benefits are not limited to one field of fitness. We draw from the real movements of surfing to create workouts that build balance, core strength, stability, agility, aerobic conditioning, power, lean muscle & coordination. We do hold our classes outdoors in the Park.

Intro All first time class takers will join us for an introductory session. In this session you will be able to review equipment, safety and the “whys” and “hows” of SurFit Fitness classes. We will take you though a 45 minute session teaching the basics and highlighting movements from the different classes. This is a great way to get familiar with the RipSurferX and find the right sessions for you. The goal is improved balance, core strength, flexibility, aerobic conditioning, anaerobic sprints, and lean muscle building.
SurFit FusionThis class focuses heavily on Core with a Blend of a Total Body session that is inspired by surfing. We also, incorporate more core-focused exercises into the Cardio. This is a great group class to torch fat and build lean muscle.
